Las Vegas Buffet Review of Mt. Everest Indian Buffet

This review of the Mt. Everest Indian Buffet located off the strip in Las Vegas is one for the books. I thought it would be a good idea to take a friend along so I could get a second opinion for this review. Bad Idea! Even though we planned this for a week in advance, When I picked him up for the lunch buffet he was not in the best of shape from partying on the strip all night and morning when I got him. (Indian Restaurants here mostly only do lunch buffets)

The Restaurant which offers a lunch only buffet daily is located in it's own themed building with a very friendly staff. This buffet only offers water with the price and drinks are optional. I hate being pressured into the up sale of drinks but here they brought the water and never asked what we wanted to drink so it was great, Maybe they were afraid of what my friend would order to drink and not sure if the 2 Indian bus boys would be able to carry him out.

They offered around 12 items which all were good especially the curry chicken and since this place is family owned I was able to taste the love in the food. They do offer A La Cart for dinner and for take out also.

Overall this buffet is good but the price of $10.99 it feels 2 bucks higher then it should be but it is authentic family cooking.
